Overview
Our consulting philosophy is the result
of early and varied experience in providing mission-critical solutions
to businesses. Those concerns encompassed business/systems analysis,
database design, documentation and training. We utilized process identification
and information mapping at the outset of their application to technology
in the early 1980's. No life cycle or individual implementation is ever
proposed without thoroughly researching the business and logistic workflow
of manual processes and those to be re-engineered or newly developed.
Our knowledge is best applied where automated, one-source, cross-platform
integrated solutions are the desired result. We are cognizant of the
ISO, W3C,
IETF, HL7 and ITSM organizations,
where standards have been established; as well as Sarbannes-Oxley,
Six Sigma, SAS
70 and CMMI compliance
protocols. Recent projects have included the development of functional
specifications from user requirements and the provision of help documentation
and training for resulting applications. Our current research concentrates
on strategic eTraining, eCommerce and application integration, using
industry specific frameworks with XML in an n-tier environment. We use
iterative models for instructional design, Bloom's Taxonomy and the
accepted manuals of style for work in the respective disciplines. Comprehensive
/ targeted analysis drives our recommended solutions and implementation.
